What I did in Ys II (for MSX 2): Beaten with max XP, Gold and all Items and Equipment.
The One Picture I have taken: Equipment screen.
Like I said for the first Ys on MSX2, I just need to beat every versions of every Ys games they're releasing on the Switch. This time around though, there's nothing unique compared to the PC-88 version. In the MSX2 port of the first game, it has many unique music tracks. Not here, these are all chipthune version of the amazing PC-88 OST. But still, I think I was too harsh back then with the first MSX2 Ys, saying it was inferior and all. While I prefer the PC-88 soundtrack (and music is a BIG thing in Ys games), the game looks more crisp, have a little better scrolling (not by much, but still), and there's almost no load time. So yeah, I think both versions are really good in their own way.
Other than that, nothing else to add. I've played so many different versions of the first three Ys at this points, that even in Japanese, I'm just rushing through them by muscle memory. A classic for the ages. Now waiting for the MSX2 port of Ys III, which from what I saw on Youtube looks really horrible compared to the PC-88 version.
