What I did in Super Mario Party Jamboree: All Achievements earned. Everything purchased except 4 Online Stickers. All 30 Pictures.
The One Picture I have taken: The Achievements for Mario Party section, which is what have taken me the longest to complete.
I never thought the day would come when I would fully complete a Mario Party game. I got all three on Switch now, but this is the first one where I truly went above and beyond to complete EVERYTHING (except the Online Stickers, since I just don't play online). I think that the single-player campaign is what hooked me, and then it was just a rabbit hole of completing every modes. I've been playing them since the N64 casually, but Jamboree is really my favorite one so far.
On a side note, I also did a Youtube video upon completion of it, showing a perfect run of the DK's Konga Line mini-game (as I love rhythm games), along all achievements at the end. Here it is if you're interested:
